Preferred masterplan for the Waterloo estate

Consultation regarding the three options for the Waterloo estate has now closed. Elton Consultants are finalising their report on the community feedback on the three options.

Land and Housing Corporation will be releasing a draft preferred plan that will be accompanied by a summary of the key findings of the Elton report. We can expect this to be released prior to Christmas or in early January.

The full Elton options report will not be released until the statutory exhibition when Land and Housing Corporation submit the masterplan for approval. There is no confirmed date this but we can expect it to occur within the first six months of 2019.
