‘Evil Does Not Exist’

This rock from this place
Where evil does not exist

Oh, what happened here!
This pristine river

Where evil does not exist
So call it glamping

The snow is melting
And evil does not exist

The sewage leaking
Onto the village

Where evil did not exist
My dear daughter gone

Gut-shot deer attack
But evil does not exist

Call it poetry
Blowing in the wind

And evil does not exist
This word in reverse

Call it survival
And evil does not exist

You said it out loud
But I was not brave

You vanish like mist
Where evil does not exist
