CBD rally shows support for Lebanon and calls for de-escalation

Protesters marched from Town Hall on Sunday 26 April, answering a call from Lebanon Action Group and Palestine Action Group to rally in solidarity with Lebanon. With flags raised and chants echoing through the CBD, demonstrators called for an end to the aggression, respect for Lebanese sovereignty and peace for the region.
