Rovers ready for 2018

The club is currently on an 11-year streak of winning at least one premiership each season – in Season 2017 the club won 11: Division 1 undefeated premiers; Under 15s undefeated premiers; and Under 9s premiers. In fact, the club has had 31 teams play in grand finals over the last 10 years.

Current NRL players include Adam Reynolds, Zane Musgrove, Kyle Turner, Cameron McInness, Reece Robinson and Trent Merrin.

At the 2017 Rugby League World Cup there were five ex-Alexandria Rovers players representing their country.

Training is every Wednesday at Erskineville Oval from 4.45pm for the younger kids and from 5.30pm onwards for the older teams.

The club provides free jumpers, shorts and socks, plus insurance for all players.

The club is always on the lookout for new volunteers and everyone is welcome to come along and join the pride of the inner city.

Perry Johnstone is Secretary, Alexandria Rovers JRLFC.
